Nabami is the greatest durga puja celebration day for the Bengalis, and the best attire is always se aside for Nabami wear for the revellers.
It is also customary to eat chevon (goat meat) on this day, more widely known as mutton in India. Being the last day of Durga puja, it is celebrated as much as possible, with most of the time being spent outdoors. For most, itâs a night long period of celebration.
