Cherry Dessert
Ingredients:
1) Graham cracker crumbs - 2 cups
2) Butter - 1/4th cup, melted.
3) Pecans - 1/3rd cup, chopped.
4) Heavy whipping cream - 2 cups.
5) Vanilla - 1 tsp.
6) Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup.
7) Miniature marshmallows - 2 cups.
8) Cherry pie filling - A 16 oz. can.
Also needed:
Two large bowls and a pan.
Steps:
1) Pour graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and pecans into the bowl. Combine these well.
2) Press 2/3rds of the mixture in the bottom of the pan. Set aside.
3) Pour cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar into another large bowl. Beat these well to get a thick mixture.
4) Fold in marshmallows.
5) Spread half of this mixture over the crust in pan.
6) Spread cherry pie filling over this.
7) Spread the remaining marshmallow mixture over this.
8) Sprinkle the remainder of the crumb mixture over this.
9) Refrigerate this under cover for 4-5 hours.
10) Serve.

Sour Cream Apple Pie
Ingredients:
1) Eggs - 2.
2) Sour cream - 1 cup.
3) Sugar - 1 cup.
4) All-purpose flour - 6 tablespoons, divided.
5) Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
6) Salt - 1/4th tsp.
7) Baking apples - 3 cups, chopped and peeled.
8) A 9" unbaked pie shell.
9) Cold butter/margarine - 3 tbsp.
10) Packed brown sugar - 1/4th cup.
Also needed:
Two large bowls.
Steps:
1) Beat eggs in a large bowl.
2) Add in sour cream, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and salt. Stir to mix these well.
3) Add in the chopped apple pieces and stir.
4) Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
5) Bake it at 375°F for 15 minutes.
6) Mix together brown sugar and remaining flour in another bowl.
7) Cut and add enough butter to make a crumbly mixture.
8) Sprinkle this over the top of the pie.
9) Heat it on the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
10) Tranfer it to a wire rack to cool off completely.
11) Chill for sometime before serving.
